Platform Status
This page describes how we communicate platform health, incidents, and maintenance windows.
Current Service State
Current public status: Operational. Real-time telemetry and incident tracking are monitored internally, and customer-visible updates are posted for material disruptions.
Incident Severity Model
- Critical: Widespread outage or severe data path disruption.
- High: Major feature degradation with significant user impact.
- Medium: Partial impairment with known workaround.
- Low: Minor issue with limited scope or non-critical impact.
Maintenance Windows
Planned maintenance is scheduled to reduce customer impact. Where feasible, prior notice is provided. Emergency maintenance may be performed without advance notice to protect security and platform stability.
How to Report an Incident
If you observe platform issues, contact support@laabam.ai with timestamp, account email, affected endpoint/page, and error details. This helps us triage and respond quickly.
