1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Laabam Platform, including websites, applications, APIs, billing interfaces, and related services operated by Laabam One Business Solutions Private Limited ("Laabam", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including actions by authorized team members. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents.

3. Service Scope and Availability

We may introduce, modify, pause, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, and compliance. Certain features may be region-specific, beta, or subject to additional terms and technical requirements.

4. Pricing, Billing, and Taxes

Service pricing, credits, subscriptions, and usage charges are presented in the billing panel. Charges may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payment channels may include Razorpay for web transactions, Google Play Billing for Android, and Apple App Store billing for iOS. Where purchases are made through app stores, the respective store terms, billing rules, and refund mechanisms may also apply. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and regulatory levies associated with your use of paid services unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Credits, Renewals, and Suspension for Non-Payment

Credits and subscriptions are governed by the plan details shown in your billing panel. Recurring plans may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal. We may suspend or limit paid functionality for overdue balances, chargeback activity, fraud signals, or billing abuse until issues are resolved.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate laws, or interfere with platform security, reliability, or other users. You must not use the service to distribute malware, conduct fraud, infringe third-party rights, or process prohibited content categories under applicable law.

7. User Content and Inputs

You retain rights to your lawful inputs and content you provide. You represent that you have all necessary permissions to submit such content. You grant us the rights required to host, transmit, process, and display content solely to provide and secure the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, branding, design, and related materials, is owned by Laabam or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative works of the service.

9. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party providers (including payment processors, cloud infrastructure, email systems, and app stores). Your use of such integrations may be subject to third-party terms and policies, and their availability may change.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that data may be processed as necessary for account management, billing, support, security, and legal compliance.

11. Service Changes

We may update features, pricing, limits, and policies to improve services and comply with legal or operational requirements.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure operation, and results may vary based on configuration, usage patterns, and external dependencies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Laabam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims related to paid services will not exceed amounts paid by you for the relevant service period, except where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laabam, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, legal risk, or threats to platform security. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled in competent courts/jurisdiction as required by applicable law and contractual arrangements.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be indicated by updating the effective/updated date and, where appropriate, through service notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
